Cihan Torlak
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Graduated from Üsküdar American Academy and later earned a BSc in Maritime Business with Logistics from the University of Plymouth and an MSc in Maritime Operations and Management from City, University of London.He gained nearly 15 years of experience in the family’s shipyard operations and has served as Chairman of Atomar Denizcilik ve Taşımacılık A.Ş. since 2018
Neslihan Torlak
VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Graduated from Istanbul St. Georg Austrian High School, she earned her degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2002. She built her career across shipbuilding and shipowning, gaining international experience in Germany. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Atomar and holds senior leadership roles within major maritime associations.
Osman Menteşe
DPA/CSO
He brings nearly 25 years of professional experience in the shipping industry, with a strong background in both sea-going and shore-based roles. He has served as a deck officer, DPA, Operations Manager, and flag/class surveyor across various international shipping companies. Since 2019, he has been with Atomar Denizcilik, serving as Operations Manager and DPA, overseeing operational management, safety performance, and international regulatory compliance.
Utku Türedi
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Graduated from Marine Engineering / ITU Maritime Faculty in 2008, he later served at sea as a Oceangoing Chief Engineer. He built extensive experience in technical operations, vessel management, and regulatory compliance across different fleets. Since 2021, he has been part of Atomar, contributing to the company’s technical, operational, and regulatory processes, supporting sustainable growth and high operational standards.
Fatih Ağman
CREW MANAGER
He brings nearly 25 years of professional experience in the maritime industry, supported by a technical background. After graduating from the Marine Engineering Department in 1999, he served at sea as an officer before transitioning to shore-based roles in 2004. Since 2021, he has been with Atomar Denizcilik as Human Resources Manager, overseeing crewing, recruitment, and management.
Engin Songün
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics, in 2010, he built professional experience in accounting and finance across various sectors. He further strengthened her expertise within the maritime industry, working with several forwarder and shipowning companies. Since 2024, he has been with Atomar Denizcilik, serving as Accounting Manager and overseeing financial and accounting operations.
Ülkü Nur Teyyare
TECHNICAL MANAGER Ast.
Graduated from ITU’s Ship Building and Ocean Engineering in 2025, she gained hands-on experience through internships in maintenance, repair, and newbuilding production. During his long-term internship, she worked as a project planning engineer, focusing on maintenance and repair scheduling. She is currently part of Atomar, contributing to the company’s technical and operational activities.
